Import Venues
Go to Dashboard > Manage Venues > Import Venues.
CSV and Excel files are supported. Maximum file size is 10MB.
Choose a file from your device by clicking Choose file.
Tick the checkbox for My file has headers in the first row if the file contains column names. For example, Name and Address in Row 1.
To optionally assign a group to all venues in the list, select the group from the drop-down list.
Note: Supported column names include:
Venue Name (required). For example, Reading Station.
Address Fields (optional). Address line 1, Address line 2, Town/City, Postcode.
Your Reference (required). For example, Venue1
Venue groups (optional). For example, Reading.
Status (optional). For example, active.
Click Next: Map Columns.
Select the corresponding column in the uploaded file.
Optionally, select the checkbox to update existing venues with the same reference.
Click Import Venues. If the file is accepted, a notification will appear and the data will be added. If the file is not accepted, a notification will appear with details.
