Audit Job Venues

Go to Dashboard > Audit Jobs > Details.

See the number of venues, number of completed venues, number of assigned venues, number of unassigned venues, percentage of venues with a status of complete (Progress), and average score.

Add or remove venues from the audit job.

Manage a list of venues, including assigned auditor, audit status, and assigned checklists.

Add, edit or remove venues by selecting from the list. Or search venue names within the search bar.

Filter by group, auditor, status, or location.

Filter by group. To create or assign a group, go to Dashboard > Manage Venues > Venue Groups.

Filter by auditor or select Unassigned to find venues with no assigned auditor.

Filter by status to find active or inactive venues.

Find venues by location by clicking Click to select location. Click the correct location on the map to add a pin and search within an optional radius (in Miles). Use + to zoom in or - to zoom out. To move the map, click and hold. Alternatively, enter the latitude and longitude to find venues. Then click Save Location.

Click the checkbox to select a venue, or multiple venues. Select all venues on a page (maximum 25) by clicking the top left hand checkbox. Uncheck the box to unselect specific venues. To select all venues in the Audit Job or search, click Select all venues in this search.

Auditors can be assigned to multiple venues by clicking Assign auditor to (number of) venues.

Checklists can be assigned to multiple venues by clicking Assign checklist to (number of) venues.

Click Clear selection to unselect all venues.

Assign auditors individually by clicking Assign in the Assigned Auditor column.

Completion Status will show as Complete if all checklists for the venue have been completed. Completion Status will show as Pending if all checklists for the venue have not been completed.

Assign checklists individually by clicking Assign in the Checklists column for the correct venue.

Status will show as Active or Inactive. Go to Dashboard > Manage Venues to change a venue's status.

Remove a venue by clicking Remove.
